Revision Policy

Unlimited Revisions (Standard & Premium Packages)

  • Standard and Premium packages include unlimited revisions at no additional cost
  • We'll continue working on your project until you're completely satisfied
  • Revisions must be requested within 30 days of initial delivery

Limited Revisions (Basic Package)

  • Basic package includes 2 rounds of revisions
  • Additional revision rounds available at $25 each
  • Revisions must be requested within 30 days of initial delivery

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

Full Refund (100%)

  • We fail to deliver your project within the agreed-upon timeline without prior notice
  • We cannot complete your project as described in the original scope
  • You cancel within 24 hours of placing your order before work has begun
  • We deliver work that substantially deviates from your approved specifications with no attempt to correct it

Partial Refund (50%)

  • Work has commenced but has not reached the 50% completion milestone
  • Mutual agreement that the project scope has significantly changed
  • Technical limitations prevent completion of specific requested elements

No Refund

  • Project has been completed and delivered according to specifications
  • You've approved the final deliverables
  • Revisions have been exhausted and you remain unsatisfied due to changing requirements
  • You fail to provide necessary information or feedback for project completion
  • You request a refund after 30 days from initial delivery

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact us at refunds@[yourcompany].com within 30 days of project delivery
  2. Provide your order number and detailed explanation of the issue
  3. Allow us the opportunity to address your concerns through revisions first
  4. If revisions don't resolve the issue, we'll process your refund request

Processing Time:

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Project Cancellations

Before Work Begins:

  • Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of order placement

After Work Begins:

  • Cancellations after work has commenced may be subject to charges for work completed
  • You'll receive all work completed up to the cancellation point

Rush Service Fees

Rush service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on an expedited timeline, even if you later decide you don't need the rush delivery.


File Ownership

Upon full payment, you own all rights to the delivered CAD files and drawings. If a refund is issued, you must delete all project files and may not use any deliverables.
